The primary purpose of our organization is to foster effective public policy and develop leadership skills that empower individuals and communities to advocate for and implement meaningful societal changes with emphasis on Africa and Nigeria in particular. We are the pivotal body for public leadership for Africans in Diaspora.
Research & Advocacy
- We will Conduct comprehensive research on current public policy issues.
- Advocate for evidence-based policy solutions that address social, economic, and environmental challenges.
- Publish reports, policy briefs, and position papers to inform and influence policymakers, stakeholders, and the general public
Leadership and Development
- We will Design and implement leadership training programs for individuals across various sectors, including government, non-profit, and community organizations.
- We will Facilitate mentorship and networking opportunities for emerging leaders.
- We will Promote ethical leadership practices and principle
Education and Public Engagement
- Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences on public policy and leadership topics.
- Develop educational materials and resources to raise awareness and understanding of key policy issues among the public.
- Engage with communities to encourage civic participation and empower them to contribute to policy discussions.
Collaboration and Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, non-profits, and private sector organizations to advance common goals.
- Facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogues and collaborative initiatives to address complex policy challenges
Policy Implementation Support
- Assist policymakers and government agencies in Nigeria in the areas of development and implementation of effective policies.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and capacity-building support to ensure successful policy execution.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Establish mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the impact of public policies and leadership initiatives.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and strategies.
Inclusivity and Diversity
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within leadership and policy-making processes.
- Ensure that underrepresented and marginalized groups have a voice in policy discussions and leadership opportunities.
Sustainability and Innovation
- Encourage the adoption of sustainable practices and innovative solutions in public policy and leadership.
- Support projects and initiatives that demonstrate innovative approaches to solving public policy issues.
